Jesse was born and raised in the Lake Sunapee Region, where she continues to live and raise her two boys. Deeply rooted in the community she loves, she brings both personal connection and professional expertise to her work. A graduate of Regis College, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Elementary Education.

Her career journey has taken her through teaching in public education, supporting children and families in social work, and advancing social-emotional learning with Head Start programs. These experiences have shaped her commitment to helping others, building relationships, and fostering supportive, welcoming environments.
