Christy brings 25 years of expertise in business acumen, leadership, and operational management, having progressed through several Fortune 500 companies and thrived at TJX as an Operations Manager and Regional Leadership Trainer. As a co-founder of Birchmere Collective, she is committed to creating a collaborative team culture and building meaningful, lasting client relationships. She is excited to be bringing this new business to the community she calls home.

A New Hampshire native, Christy lives in a cozy home with her husband and many rescue animals. She is the proud mom of a grown daughter who inspires her every day. Outside of work, Christy enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and tackling home DIY projects.
